Why we exist.
Eleven Social Capital exists to solve a specific problem with a permanent solution.
Too many adults with autism and learning disabilities are still living in institutions - not because they need to, but because the system has nowhere else for them to go.
We build the housing that ends that cycle.
Our Philosophy
We believe that private capital and public good are not enemies. When deployed responsibly, capital can deliver systems that serve - homes that last, costs that shrink, and lives that move forward.
What we offer is not charity. It’s structure. It’s delivery. It’s investment, aligned with outcomes.
The Crisis
- 2,045 adults still detained in mental health hospitals, despite being cleared for discharge.
- Cost: £1.1m per person if detained over five years.
- Ageing carers (40% over 65) mean a wave of emergency housing need is coming.
- Without reform, the system faces £400m - £1.2bn in escalating annual costs.
The evidence is clear. Housing is the missing piece. And the system is already paying for failure.
